Sleep plays a critical role in mental and physical health. Poor sleep can increase stress levels, affect mood, and reduce concentration. Likewise, ongoing stress can make it harder to fall and stay asleep.
Practicing healthy sleep habits — often called “sleep hygiene” — can help improve rest and overall wellness. This includes maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, limiting screen time before bed, and creating a calm, comfortable sleep environment.
