The Safe-T-Sport® Hinged Stabilizing Knee Brace features a neoprene knee sleeve with durable steel hinged reinforcements that allow for flexion limiting medial/lateral movement with a 180º hyperextension stop. The hinge is in a neoprene covered pocket for added comfort. The brace includes a superior horseshoe for added patella stability. The two loop lock straps can be adjusted to give the most intimate and comfortable fit while helping prevent brace migration.
