Every Diabetic Counts is a free, diabetes self-management education program designed specially for Medicare beneficiaries with diabetes who live in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Prince George’s County. Every Diabetic Counts classes are taught by experienced health educators and are held at easy-to-reach locations, including senior centers, senior apartment buildings, churches, and public libraries.
